HOW TO APPLY

1. Click HERE to visit the rental application

2. Ensure the 'HOUSE FOR RENT' field specifies the address of the property that you wish to rent, not your own current address.

3. Continue to completely fill out the application and agree to the terms at the bottom of the application.

4. After completing the application, e-mail two of the most recent paycheck stubs and a copy of the IDs for all applicants to kym@eprentalhomes.com,  and dorian@eprentalhomes.com. You may also fax this information to (800) 810-8030. Please ensure to include the property that you wish to rent in the subject of the email.

5. Once all is received, we will forward a credit link that you will need to authorize. There is a $30 fee for each applicant.

*NOTE* For faster processing, please completely fill out your application, and e-mail back your pay stubs and IDs. We will contact you upon approval of your application.
